As Senior Director for operational compliance, Jim is responsible for policy creation for Comcast’s Internet and Video services, including ensuring operational excellence, completeness and rigor in various delivery frameworks. In this role, Jim conducts user research and defines policies for Parental Controls, Cyber Security, Comcast/NBCUniversal Content Protection and Comcast’s Digital Literacy initiatives. Jim is engaged as a thought leader with several civic and community outreach programs to help deliver on Comcast’s promise to help close the digital divide and helped shape the Constant Guard™ product development strategy which provides Anti-Virus, Safe Banking and Shopping to Xfinity Internet. With close to 20 years experience in the telecom industry, Jim has managed Cyber Security Initiatives at Comcast since 2003.
